We apply the discipline of large international project delivery to climate work, with clear responsibilities, practical plans and close attention to implementation.
We focus on operations and supply chains, where much of a company’s environmental impact sits. Our experience also covers sustainability, digital transformation and operational improvement.
We have worked with clients and teams in the United States, Argentina, China, Afghanistan, Spain, South Sudan, Nigeria and France, among other places.
Our clients have included NGOs, public institutions and multinational companies working in environmental management, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, finance and consumer goods.
